Dr. Shelley Cox
Dr. Shelley Cox has over ten years experience in pre-hospital trauma research and her main interests include the epidemiology of trauma, pre-hospital care and management, trauma triage protocols, trauma systems and data quality, linkage and statistical analysis. Shelley is skilled in developing and managing research collaborations and effectively communicating with key stakeholders, steering committees, ethics and advisory committees.
In her current role as a Senior Research Fellow, Shelley manages a large complex database of trauma patient data and is actively involved in a number of collaborative research projects that aim to improve both patient outcomes and organisational performance. Shelley provides leadership in research and statistics, and maintains a concurrent adjunct academic position at Monash University.

Lindsay is a long standing CPA with extensive business and finance experience, gained over 21 years, particularly within the financial services industry. As such, Lindsay is a specialist in writing and facilitating in the area of finance, financial management, planning & budgeting, performance measurement and reporting and governance. He has consulted to a large number of large and small organisations using these skills across the financial services industry, hospitality, federal and state governments, not for profit and manufacturing sectors.
Lindsay has consulted to private sector organisations as diverse as National Australia Bank, PBL, Lend Lease, CSL, AMCOR, Country Road, Programmed Engineering, Disney Australia, Linfox, SP AusNet, Canberra Airport, TABCORP, Crown, Relationships Australia, Coles Myer , ANZ Bank as well as many others. Lindsay has significant familiarity with the Government sector, borne through consulting and facilitating projects with Melbourne Water and other Water corporations, Department of Defence, Australia Post, the Australian Mint, the Federal Attorney General’s Department, NSW Health, (Victorian) Departments of Human Services, VicUrban, Health, Transport and Education, multiple Australian and overseas Universities and other Higher Education institutions and local shires including Swan Hill Rural City Council, Hobsons Bay City Council and others.
Dr. Andrew Menzies
Andrew brings twenty-five years of Christian ministry and leadership experience to Stirling. He has served in various contexts including one of Australia’s largest churches; a remote, country school; the renewal of a 100+ year old church; and a house/emergent church.
Andrew has also served in various leadership and governance roles. He currently chairs the Urban Neighbours of Hope (UNOH) executive and is Deputy-Chancellor of University of Divinity. Andrew is vitally interested in the formation and development of all people for integral leadership, mission and ministry.
Natasha worked for Axiom Consulting, one of India's leading Product Design and Development firms. As Business Manager for the US, Natasha was responsible for expanding their footprint in the US market. Since 2004, axiom have added customers such as Microsoft, Logitech, Procter and Gamble, Black and Decker, Hewlett Packard along with a host of inventors, and small to mid-size companies who look for cost effective design and engineering solutions. Axiom specialise in Ideation, Engineering and manufacturing through partnerships.
Currently Natasha is a photographer and writer for Corleve. An international photography and media company operating out of Melbourne Australia and Los Angeles USA.

Professor Sampson Ekanayake
Sampson is the Deputy Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Vice-Chancellor at the Saegis University of Sri Lanka Samson is both an academic and a professional with a total of 42 years of experience in academia, accounting and finance professions, industry and in business. He has held the positions of lecturer at the Faculty of Management at Sri Jayewardenepura University, Finance and Administration Manager and Acting President of Mitsubishi Machinery Industries, Chief Accountant and Corporate Treasurer of The Finance Company and the Economist of the Fiji Sugar Corporation. He joined Deakin University, Australia in 1992 where he served for 24 years until the end of December 2015.
At Deakin University, he served as the Head of the Finance, Financial Planning and Insurance Disciplines. Professor Ekanayake is an international researcher, practitioner, consultant and teacher in finance, management accounting and enterprise risk management. His research into management control and trust, cultural control, management control system design, financial engineering, share buybacks and enterprise risk management has been published in reputed refereed international journals. He has presented papers at several international finance conferences and at almost all prestigious accounting conferences in the world, including the annual conferences of American Accounting Association, European Accounting Association, and the Australia and New Zealand Accounting Association. The Corporate Finance and Business Finance text books he has co-authored and published by John Wiley & Sons, and concept videos and other innovative study resources developed by him and published by DeakinAir are widely used in undergraduate and postgraduate business finance and corporate finance courses in USA, Australia and New Zealand. Over the years he has successfully developed several courses and programs in business finance, corporate finance, management accounting and enterprise risk management for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
